Accessibility
Our goal
We aim for the website and app at neurodivergentvitals.com to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This statement is our own assessment; we have not yet had an independent accessibility audit.
What we do today
- Light and dark themes, both checked for text contrast when we build the site.
- Display settings in the app (Account → Reading comfort): font, text size, spacing, and reduced motion. They apply on every screen and follow your account across devices.
- Narrated lessons show the words on screen as they are read, and narration can be paused, replayed and skipped.
- Pages work at phone width without sideways scrolling, and zoom is never disabled.
- Answering out loud ("Say it") is always optional; every drill can be answered by tapping or clicking.
Known limitations
- Sign-in and payment screens are provided by Clerk and Stripe, and we don't control how accessible those screens are.
- Some interactive exercises (for example ordering and diagram items) and the Planner's week and month calendar may not yet work fully with a screen reader or keyboard alone.
- Some images and audio samples may not yet have complete text alternatives or transcripts.
- Voice answers rely on your browser's speech recognition, which isn't available in every browser.
We are working through these. If one of them blocks you, contact us and we will help you reach the same material another way while we fix it.
